How do I sign up for classes?Right now we are currently using the app found at schedulicity.com. You can register for your classes 30 days in advance. As of Nov.1st we will be using our own custom APP. You will hear details concerning that very soon.

What equipment do I need?You will need hand wraps and gloves for the fitness classes. For the skill program you will need... Do I need to get in shape before I start your classes?No! Our program is designed for participants of all levels! A common misunderstanding is that you need to be in shape before starting a boxing training program for fitness purposes. We are happy to say that, that is false. The classes are also designed for you to move and learn at your own pace making them very beginner friendly!

What if I have never boxed of kickboxed before?No Problem! With our onboarding process we will teach you all of the basics of our system. You will receive 2 onboarding classes that will get you comfortable to start classes. After that it's all about getting the reps in to perfect your form. We also have private training packages that can assist your learning curve as well. That is a great way to enhance your results and hone your skill set!

What can I expect on my first day of class?We advise all members to get there 15 mins. ahead of time to fill out paper work and learn how to wrap hands. You will experience a high energy training session. We encourage all members to move at their own pace. Even though it is group training, it is still individualized. Take breaks when necessary.

Is your gym intimidating?No! Absolutely Not! We offer a safe space for all walks of life to train in! You will find Community among positive, inspiring, men and women. Our instructors are passionate and care about helping you to reac your fitness goals!

How much does the training cost?We offer a lot of options for memberships including punch cards, short term, and long term commitments, monthly memberships, and Pay In Full Memberships. We also offer customized memberships as well! To tell you each individual price point would take some time. Onboarding for memberships is an individualized process and we encourage you to set up a free trial and individual consultation with one of our coaches to find the best and most accurate price point for your level of commitment that you are comfortable with!

What are your hours?We are a class based facility, meaning that when we have classes, we are open. Our current hours are as follows: Mon, Weds. Fri. 5;30am - 6:30 am. | 9:00am - 10:00am | 4:30pm - 7:00pm Tues. & Thurs. - 9:00am - 10:00am | 4:45pm - 7:15pm Sat. 9:00am - 1:00pm if you would like to speak to us please email us to set up a free consultation to inquire about our membership options. We encourage appointments so that we can give you the attention that you deserve! Walk ins are not encouraged! We cannot guarantee that we will be able to give you the attention and prioritize your time with no interruptions! With an appointment we can focus on you as the priority and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

It says no experience necessary but what does that mean?12 round is for everyone – truly! At the start of class your coach will guide you through everything you need to know to be successful during your workout. We will also hsve you a 45 min. onboarding session that will include learning the Core Punches and kicks! Plus, throughout class your Coach will be there to provide you with further instruction & personalized attention to help you maximize your sweat – while keeping you safe! All exercises & combos will be demoed, and you are free to work at your own pace! There’s no fancy footwork needed, and after a couple of rounds on the bags – the moves will become second nature. For the skill classes we will also have onboarding classes for the program prior to your start date.

Where are you located?We are located at 239 Schuyler ave. Kingston, pa. 18704. Our gym is on the second floor. Pull into the large parking lot and you will see the gym name on a red door. Pease proceed up the grey and red stair case and that will take you to our gym.

What age groups do you train?We work with kids as young as 6 to adult range for our programs. We offer group and private training.

What Should I wear to class?Wear something comfortable! Whatever is good for you. If you take the skill c;lasses.... Boxing skill program.... 1, shorts or something comfortable Kickboxing Skill Program mma shorts, kickboxing, or thai boxinhg shorts tank top or tshirt wrestling shoes ( optional) MMA Training mma shorts, kickboxing, or thai shorts Tank top, rash guard, or t shirt wrestling shoes( optional)

Does your gym offer sparring?yes we do offer sparring. However, you must be a member of the gym, be approved by our head coach, or invited to open sparring. We do not allow individuals to come off the street and spar for safety reasons.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
