What to Expect for Fitness Classes:
Our fitness classes are designed to give you a high energy workout while learning the basics of boxing and kickboxing.
Your 30 min. or 45 min. class will consist of technique work, conditioning, ab work, and also strength training. We teach a variety of classes and you will get the full experience of training like a professional fighter without the contact .

What to wear / What you need:
For the fitness classes wear something comfortable to train in. You will also need your own boxing gloves, and hand wraps.
For the Boxing and kickboxing skill and grappling classes we have a full equipment list that will be needed. You can find that info on our FAQ page and our skill prog

What to Expect for the skill program
Our skill program classes are comprised off of technique work, skill drills, and optional sparring. You will also experience conditioning and strength drills to get you ring ready or to become a better martial artist.

First Class & Check ins:
For all classes Arrive 15 mins. prior to the start of class. On your first day you will be introduced to your coach. All paperwork and skill introductions would have been done through our onboarding process.
All registration for classes will be done on our App that is coming soon. Please make sure that youregister prior to each class.

Safety & Precautions
We take precautions to ensure your safety in our classes. If you have anything that needs to be modified please bring it to the attention of our trainer that is leading the class.

Online App access
As part of your membership you will have access to our free features on our mobile App. We have other programs that are coming that there will be a small upcharge for access to on demand classes and our on demand library. This will allow you the opportunity to train
